Qualifications

  • Experience with NYC Early Intervention strongly preferred.

Previous experience in EI staffing, service coordination, provider relations, healthcare staffing, therapy staffing, or case management preferred.
Strong understanding of the five NYC boroughs and provider coverage areas.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls, texts, and emails to providers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple urgent cases simultaneously.
Strong computer and data-tracking skills.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who takes ownership of cases.

The right candidate will not simply send out case lists and wait for responses. This person should actively work cases, contact providers, follow up, recruit when necessary, troubleshoot difficult placements, and continue working until appropriate coverage is secured.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Early Intervention environment where responsiveness and accountability matter.
