Job Summary

Supports recruiting activities that meet workforce needs across administrative and craft roles. Partners with hiring managers to identify role requirements, source candidates, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintains recruiting documentation and candidate pipelines. Contributes to candidate experience and recruiting process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate candidate evaluation processes.
Develops candidate pipelines through outreach, networking, job boards, and referrals.
Coordinates interviews and manages candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Maintains candidate records and requisition documentation within the applicant tracking system.
Supports recruiting events, outreach programs, and workforce engagement initiatives.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment required.

Certifications and Licenses

Spanish language proficiency both written and verbal preferred for roles supporting craft recruiting.
