The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oil & Gas Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for our technical, field, and engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-caliber technical talent across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations while maintaining strict adherence to industry compliance, safety standards, and rotational mobilization requirements.
Hybrid: 2x a week onsite
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles including Petroleum Engineers, HSE Managers, Field Technicians, Rig Managers, Project Engineers, and Asset Operators.
- Proactively headhunt passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized energy databases, trade networks, and direct sourcing.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for both high-volume field hiring and hard-to-fill niche engineering roles.
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers, Site Leads, and Project Managers to define workforce demands, technical skill requirements, and competitive compensation packages.
- Advise leadership on market availability, salary benchmarks, and talent trends within the global and regional energy sectors.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Experience in recruitment for the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or Petrochemical sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated track record of hiring both field/rotational personnel and technical engineering talent.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of energy terminology, field certifications, safety culture, and rotational workforce logistics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and candidate management skills in high-demand market environments.

- We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78- 103k USD plus applicable benefits.
