The Role

We are looking for a Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support a leading insurance client, bringing strong expertise in talent mapping, market research, and strategic sourcing, with a focus on building high-quality talent pipelines that drive real, measurable hiring outcomes.

Operating across EMEA and UK&I, our client is a well-established organisation within the insurance and financial services sector, supporting a broad range of customers and markets. With an evolving business and diverse hiring needs across the region, proactive sourcing, strong market insight and effective pipeline development are key to ensuring access to the right talent and supporting both current and future hiring demand.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply your strategic sourcing expertise to support AMS recruiters, client Recruitment Partners, and Hiring Managers in identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Use your research and talent mapping skills to interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing strategies such as networking, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain alignment on hiring priorities and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
  • Contribute to building strong talent pipelines by leveraging your expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and other innovative tools.
  • Drive improvements in candidate pipeline quality and hiring efficiency through your strengths in proactive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous engagement with relevant talent.
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with interview scheduling, job postings, and other administrative tasks where needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring needs.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and tools, combined with strong learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, and results driven environment.
  • Strength in analytical thinking and data driven decision making, with an inquisitive mindset and the ability to approach complex or nonlinear searches creatively.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders, while building strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to present information credibly to stakeholders, clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to form clear conclusions and articulate the story behind the data.
