The Role

What if your skills mattered more than your job title?

We are looking for a Coordinator – Talent Sourcing to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across Canada

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office once per week. Working closely with Recruiters, you will play an important role in reviewing candidates, engaging with talent throughout the recruitment process, and helping candidates successfully move through the hiring journey.

While the role may include proactive sourcing when required, the primary focus will be candidate engagement, candidate review and recruitment coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills in Canadian French and English, and is interested in developing their career within Talent Acquisition

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with Recruiters to support recruitment activities across Canadian requisitions.
  • Review incoming candidate applications and identify candidates who align with role requirements.
  • Support the movement of qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Conduct brief candidate engagement calls to introduce the recruitment process and explain what candidates can expect from digital interviews.
  • Respond to candidate questions and ensure relevant information is communicated to the Recruiter.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate with candidates in Canadian French and English, as required.
  • Support proactive sourcing activities when additional talent is required.
  • Search and engage candidates through talent databases, LinkedIn and existing talent pools.
  • Re-engage previous candidates, alumni and referral candidates where appropriate.
  • Support recruitment for roles across the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, including field-sales positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity within relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Support other sourcing and Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

Skills & Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Fluency in French is essential.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with candidates in both French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to review candidate profiles and assess alignment with role requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with Recruiters and other Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Comfortable using digital interview platforms and recruitment technology.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Sourcing or Recruitment Coordination.
  • Experience recruiting or working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter or talent databases.

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is CAD $59,500 to $80,500 plus applicable benefits.
