- As a Talent Business Partner you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts
- Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close
- Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms
- Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale
- Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
- Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process
- Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene
- Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders
- Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc)
- Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy
- A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation
- A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box
