ABOUT DORNIER

Dornier MedTech America (DMTA) is a medical device company dedicated to advancing urology care. As part of the global Dornier MedTech family, we design and manufacture innovative technologies - including laser systems, lithotripters, and endourology devices - trusted by doctors, hospitals, and surgery centers nationwide. Our team is distributed across the U.S., bringing together sales, service, R&D, and operations professionals who share a commitment to improving patient outcomes through better technology.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist builds and runs DMTA's full cycle recruiting program, owning requisitions across every part of the business. Sales and other revenue-generating roles will be a significant portion of the workload, but this role supports all of DMTA's hiring. You will replace purely reactive requisition filling with proactive pipelines, keep our applicant tracking system (ClearCompany) clean and reportable, and deliver reliable recruiting metrics to Sales, Operations, and HR leadership. This is a foundational opportunity to build out DMTA's recruiting function and help us hire quickly as we grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full cycle recruiting for all DMTA requisitions across every function, from intake through offer and close, with a heavy focus on sales and other revenue-generating roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both sales and non-sales roles, rather than recruiting only as requisitions open.
  • Administer and optimize DMTA's use of ClearCompany, keeping requisition and candidate data clean, current, and reportable.
  • Own and deliver the monthly time to fill report to Sales and HR leadership, along with recurring metrics reporting on time to fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview planning, and selection decisions, and support the hiring manager satisfaction survey process.
  • Support DMTA's employer brand campaign, including managing growing applicant volume while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Track and report on time to fill, quality of hire, and quota-readiness outcomes for new sales hires.
  • Maintain compliance with DMTA hiring practices, EEO requirements, and documentation standards throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
