Primary Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions as an individual contributor reporting to the HR Director. Carry a slate of open, predominantly TS-cleared requisitions with proactive, hands-on sourcing. Own hiring-manager relationships and ATS/req hygiene.

Tasks Performed

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions; hit time-to-fill targets by clearance level.
  • Do the hands-on sourcing; raise qualified yield beyond inbound applicants.
  • Own hiring-manager relationships: intake, and a visible pipeline.
  • Apply the LCAT matrix to candidates; coordinate with Security/FSO on clearances.
  • Use PM/VP referrals and capture-phase sourcing; own ATS/req hygiene.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree, or applicable/equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a cleared or government-contracting environment, including sourcing TS-cleared talent. Must be a hands-on operator able to personally source and close at volume, with working knowledge of LCATs and clearance processes, ATS experience, and the ability to manage many concurrent requisitions.

Desired Education/Experience: DoD or Intelligence Community recruiting experience. Agency plus in-house recruiting background. Sourcing certification (e.g., AIRS). Southern Maryland / NAS Patuxent River market experience.

Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: A bachelor's degree is not strictly required; 5+ years of applicable full-cycle cleared/GovCon recruiting experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Security Clearance Required: None required; must be a U.S. person able to work on-site at a cleared facility.

Location: On-Site Lexington Park, MD. Hybrid Potential.

Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000 base pay + commission structure. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
