General Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success within their scope of responsibility. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on developing recruitment strategies, identifying sourcing channels, and advising hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired, supporting candidate engagement, and leading special projects as needed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensure company compliance with established hiring procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action policies
  • Support recruiting efforts across departments, including Sales, Field Operations, Call Center, and Corporate staff.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions (15–20 at any given time)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities
  • Manage the external job posting process, including creating, updating, and removing postings across various platforms
  • Source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and strategies
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates for current openings
  • Oversee onsite engagement and coordination activities for the Customer Experience Center
  • Act as a partner to managers and supervisors in communicating TA policies, procedures, and programs
  • Partner with TA leadership in the development and implementation of TA programs and initiatives that align with company goals
  • Support the creation and facilitation of hiring and recruitment training for management
  • Liaise with organizations focused on areas such as diversity, accessibility, gender equity, and workplace safety
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments on special projects and initiatives
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years' experience in high volume sourcing and recruitment
  • Experience using a variety of job boards and creative sourcing strategies
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Field Operations and Contact Centers
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP and/or UKG Recruitment Management preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks

Working Conditions

  • Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
