This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great talent—not simply manage applicants. You'll develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines for current and future needs, provide market insights, and help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. As UVeye continues to scale, you'll also have the opportunity to help strengthen our recruiting processes, tools, and practices while collaborating closely with TA and HR partners globally.
*This is an in-office position based at our New Jersey office.*

- Conduct thoughtful candidate screens that assess experience, capabilities, motivation, and alignment with the needs of the role and organization.
- Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and anticipated future growth.
- Guide hiring teams through structured and consistent interview and selection processes, helping drive timely and informed hiring decisions.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance while serving as a strong ambassador for UVeye's culture and employer brand.
- Partner with HR and business leaders throughout the offer process to support compensation alignment, approvals, references, and successful closing.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and pipeline information within our ATS and recruiting systems.
- Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify challenges, improve conversion, and keep stakeholders informed on hiring progress.
- Collaborate with TA colleagues globally, sharing talent insights, sourcing strategies, best practices, and resources across regions.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, interview practices, reporting, and candidate experience as UVeye continues to scale.
