(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner

September 15, 2026
Austin, TX, US

About the Role at RobCo

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.

To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner based in Austin, TX, to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic hiring partner to senior and executive stakeholders, translating business and headcount plans into concrete hiring strategies
  • Own our most complex and business-critical searches end to end, including leadership and niche technical roles, from role definition through offer negotiation and closing
  • Build and lead sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent markets, using market mapping and competitor insight to open pipelines where none exist yet
  • Help set the standard for how we assess talent: design structured interview processes, scorecards, and selection frameworks, and coach hiring managers to apply them consistently
  • Strong knowledge of US recruiting practices and employment considerations, including compliant interviewing, candidate selection, offer processes, and multi-state hiring.
  • Own recruiting data and reporting for your areas, using funnel metrics and conversion insights to diagnose bottlenecks and drive decisions with hiring managers and leadership
  • Mentor junior recruiters and act as a point of escalation, sharing sourcing craft, stakeholder management, and closing techniques across the team
  • Drive improvements to our recruiting operations, from workflows in our ATS to process documentation that scales with headcount growth, to creative ways to automate manual work
  • Shape employer branding and talent pool strategy, building long-term relationships with senior talent and positioning RobCo across creative recruiting channels

We're looking for someone who has

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house at a fast-growing tech or engineering company, including ownership of leadership or hard-to-fill technical searches
  • A proven track record of filling complex roles through proactive sourcing, not inbound applications, with the market knowledge to map and open new talent pools
  • Deep credibility with senior stakeholders: comfortable challenging profiles, pushing back on unrealistic briefs, and holding hiring managers to a structured process
  • Strong command of structured assessment, from designing scorecards and interview loops to calibrating and coaching interviewers
  • Fluency with recruiting data and ATS workflows, using funnel metrics to diagnose problems and propose solutions
  • Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced recruiters
  • Structured, organized working style with a high level of ownership and reliability

Why join RobCo?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
  • Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
  • As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 180° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package - including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan.
  • Unlimited paid time off incl. major holidays.
  • Company-sponsored onboarding and team offsites in Germany.
