Overview
The Strategic Talent Sourcer is part of Publicis Groupe’s centralized talent acquisition operations function and plays a key role in our CRM and candidate pipeline strategy. This role supports hands-on sourcing efforts across multiple departments/communities, capabilities, and skill sets. You will also partner with stakeholders to pipeline and nurture candidates within our CRM, and continuously strive to improve processes, identify top talent, and utilize our systems and technology to their fullest extent.
Responsibilities
- Apply company-wide resources and work with collaborators to identify talent gaps in the organization
- Build sourcing and pipelining strategies to address talent gaps and provide effective solutions, with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, Media, and Account Management roles
- Implement strategic talent acquisition and sourcing vision through usage of systems and tools (CRM, ATS, AI tools such as Copilot/ChatGPT, external sourcing platforms, etc.) in partnership with recruiting and sourcing teams
- Consistently approach sourcing using a multi-faceted approach: diversity & inclusion, abilities, and relevant experience
- Implement tagging structures to easily identify, communicate with, and nurture prospective talent and candidates
- Implement standard methodologies and detailed approaches as outlined by Talent Acquisition Operations; offer feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Partner with hiring teams to effectively source candidates for active, open headcount
- Develop a strong understanding of Publicis Groupe’s talent structures, departments, and capabilities
- Perform operational and administrative functions as it relates to sourcing and Talent Acquisition Operations, as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience (marketing or advertising industry highly preferred)
- 3+ years sourcing and/or recruiting for Marketing jobs from associate to executive level (Account Managers, Supervisors, Directors, VP, SVP, etc.)
- Knowledgeable on recruiting professionals from specialized industries such as Consumer Package Goods (CPG), Quick Service Retail (QSR), Retail, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Technology
- Prior experience recruiting or sourcing in the advertising or marketing industry, preferably for an advertising, PR, or communications agency (highly desired)
- Demonstrated capability in crafting and developing robust talent pipelines within various fields, with a focus on advertising & marketing roles (Media, Strategy, Client Management, Programmatic)
- Ability to use technology to its fullest extent and concentrate on efficiencies / areas of improvement
- Experience using various recruiting and sourcing systems & tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Indeed, etc.)
- An empathetic disposition, always interacting with candidates and internal teams with the utmost integrity and respect
- The ability to meet business needs and achieve goals without sacrificing an outstanding candidate experience

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
