YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR STAFF RECRUITER
As a Senior Staff Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective strategies, and establish clear expectations regarding timelines, feedback, and next steps. Throughout the day, you will source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions while maintaining accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system. You will develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify both active and passive candidates. You will build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, leverage talent from relevant industries and competitor organizations, and recommend new tools and resources to improve hiring results. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market conditions, activity, and potential hiring challenges. You will also monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, applicant flow, interview-to-hire ratios, offer acceptance rates, and early turnover to identify opportunities for improvement.
In addition, you will help develop standardized recruiting processes, templates, and best practices while leveraging technology and AI tools appropriately to improve productivity while maintaining strong human judgment and an exceptional candidate experience. You will support recruiting projects and initiatives that strengthen IPI's ability to attract and retain talent while proactively communicating status updates, commitments, and potential roadblocks.
