The Senior Recruitment Marketing Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for elevating TeamHealth's employer brand, strengthening candidate engagement, and delivering data-driven recruitment marketing solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and business leadership to develop attraction strategies that improve hiring outcomes and support organizational growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives across clinician and non-clinician talent segments.
- Develop innovative, audience-focused marketing campaigns that attract and engage top talent.
- Turn workforce data, labor market insights, and candidate behavior trends into actionable recruiting strategies.
- Enhance candidate experiences through digital innovation, personalization, automation, and talent community engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver measurable hiring results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, activation, and measurement of TeamHealth's Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Create and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with hiring priorities and workforce needs.
- Develop compelling content for career sites, social media, email campaigns, talent communities, videos, and recruitment communications.
- Expand employee, clinician, and leadership storytelling to strengthen brand awareness and candidate engagement.
- Optimize career site experiences, CRM platforms, talent networks, and candidate nurture programs.
- Conduct labor market research, talent intelligence analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations that improve attraction and hiring outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, and business leaders on talent attraction strategies.

Requirements
You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent attraction, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving results across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, physician, advanced practice clinician, nursing, or clinical recruitment.
- Experience supporting employer branding and EVP initiatives.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and talent community strategies.
- Knowledge of labor market analytics, talent intelligence platforms, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, personalization, and digital innovation within recruitment marketing.
- Experience working with recruitment advertising agencies and media partners.
