Key Accountabilities

What you'll do

  • Apply your recruitment coordination and scheduling skills to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Use your Workday, Outlook, and Excel expertise to manage recruitment administration and hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to successful hiring outcomes by managing offers, onboarding activities, and recruitment data.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

  • Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
  • Strength in stakeholder management, communication, and organization.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strength in problem-solving, attention to detail, and prioritization.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, coordinate competing schedules, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting employment offers, onboarding activities, and candidate communications.
  • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to identify scheduling challenges and proactively resolve issues.

  • We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US: $50,500 USD – $66,500 USD and Canada: $61,200 CAD – $84,800 CAD plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
