We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong capability in high-touch, consultative recruiting and focused on partnering closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent solutions in Wealth Management Club Concierge team and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

Stakeholder Management & Talent Advisory

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Act as the primary recruiting advisor, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
  • Guide stakeholders through the recruitment process and help manage expectations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Confidently influence decision-making and provide consultative guidance on talent strategy, candidate selection, and market availability.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure a positive hiring manager experience.

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with sourcing teams to develop targeted talent pipelines and attraction strategies.
  • Coordinate interview processes, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Lead offer negotiations and manage candidates through acceptance and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process bottlenecks to ensure timely hiring outcomes.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates.
  • Manage passive candidates through longer, more consultative hiring processes.
  • Build relationships with high-caliber talent and maintain robust talent pipelines.

Process & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Partner effectively with sourcing, coordination, and onboarding teams to deliver seamless recruitment support.

Skills & Requirements

Must Haves

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high matrixed, process driven environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Experience supporting high-touch, consultative recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and drive hiring processes forward.
  • Balances urgency with a high-touch, white-glove approach to customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with sourcing, coordination, and onboarding teams to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

Nice to haves

  • Experience recruiting within Financial Services sector.
  • Experience supporting highly specialized, client-facing, revenue-generating, or executive-level populations.
