The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our pharmaceutical organization. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to source, attract, and hire top talent across areas including Research & Development. This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor, utilizing market intelligence and innovative sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality talent pipelines and exceptional candidate experiences.

This role is a hybrid position reporting onto the client site 1-2x weekly in Weston Florida.

Bilingual - Spanish a plus

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry-specific channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize labor market insights and competitive intelligence to advise hiring managers on talent availability and compensation trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience working in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment supporting client-based hiring initiatives.
  • Experience recruiting within the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical manufaturing, corporate industries.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus
  • Proven ability to consult and influence hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
