Seasonal Recruiter (Part-Time, Evenings, Remote)
We are looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to join our team who will be contacting and assisting new hires to help them complete new hire forms in order to have them ready to work during snow events. This position would work part-time during 2nd shift (5pm to 10pm; flexible).

Requirements
- Works diligently through Pending New Hires list, assisting those that have applied but are not yet compliant and ready to work.
- Available to work evenings in days leading up to snow events.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for multiple regions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
