DUANELUX Marketing is experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build exceptional sales teams representing Verizon and Frontier products and services.

What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will
Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals.
Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner closely with leadership to understand staffing priorities and hiring goals.
- Consistently achieve recruiting performance metrics, including generating approximately 50 qualified recruiting prospects per week.
Qualifications
We're looking for a professional who offers
Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven recruiting success with a reputable and established organization.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates in a competitive environment.
Advanced proficiency using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, referral programs, and direct sourcing techniques.
Strong interviewing, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.
