SALES RECRUITER

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and pipeline management.
  • Proactively identify and engage active and passive sales candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, colleges, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level and experienced sales professionals.
  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls and develop creative strategies to attract candidates who may not be actively applying.
  • Evaluate candidates for sales-related competencies, including competitiveness, resilience, communication, motivation, coachability, and comfort with prospecting.
  • Partner with the HR Manager and sales leadership to understand hiring goals, candidate profiles, workforce needs, and recruiting priorities.
  • Manage a high volume of open positions and candidates while maintaining timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Track recruiting activity and results, including candidate sources, pipeline conversion rates, interviews, offers, acceptances, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, interviews, employment offers, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and community or college recruiting events.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with offer letters, employment documentation, and the transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Recommend improvements to job postings, sourcing methods, interview processes, and recruiting strategies based on hiring results.

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct experience recruiting for sales positions.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive sales candidates.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or ongoing hiring needs.
  • Experience conducting candidate outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate sales aptitude, motivation, communication, and culture fit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working toward measurable recruiting goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing, changing organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting entry-level, inside sales, business development, freight brokerage, staffing, or other outbound sales professionals.
  • Experience recruiting within the transportation, logistics, staffing, or similar high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Experience with college recruiting, career fairs, referral programs, and community partnerships.

This position is fulltime, M-F, 8-5, in office, and may require light travel to local recruiting events. Pay is dependent on experience.
