General Position Summary
The Sales & Operations Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy through full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily focused on field operations positions. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across store operations, district leadership, and other sales-focused functions. As business needs evolve, the Sales & Operations Recruiter will also support corporate hiring initiatives across key operational departments, providing a flexible recruiting resource capable of identifying and securing high-quality talent throughout the organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail store positions from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for retail management, district leadership, and hard-to-fill field positions.
- Partner with District Managers, Regional Directors, Human Resources, and business leaders to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and proactive talent mapping.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements, company culture, and long-term success.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer preparation, and hiring documentation.
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, pay transparency requirements, and company hiring practices.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support retail grand openings, new market expansion initiatives, and strategic hiring projects as needed.
- Assist with corporate recruitment efforts for professional, administrative, and exempt positions when business needs require additional support.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, recruiting strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation tools.
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, college recruiting initiatives, and employer branding activities.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and reporting tools to effectively manage recruitment activity.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent acquisition best practices.
Job Required Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting environment.
- Proven success managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to effectively manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and use metrics to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a multi-unit retail organization.
- Corporate recruiting experience for exempt, professional, or specialized business functions.
- Experience supporting both retail and corporate hiring within the same organization.
- Experience utilizing UKG Recruiting or similar ATS platforms.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Work Environment
