We are looking for a personable and organized Remote Recruiter to join our team. This role is all about people - connecting with candidates, representing our U.S.-based home care agencies with professionalism, and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. The recruiter will play a key role in moving candidates quickly and efficiently through the hiring process while assessing their fit for the role and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and video interviews with warmth and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively in English—both verbal and written—to represent our customers clearly and confidently.
- Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Guide candidates smoothly through the hiring process, ensuring timely movement from application to decision.
- Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate updates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring stages.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience recruiting in the US, UK, Canada, Australia (or other English speaking country) is required
- Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities—comfortable speaking with a variety of people.
- Ability to stay professional, positive, and personable in all candidate interactions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple candidates at once.
- Comfortable using technology platforms (ATS, scheduling tools, video conferencing).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different hiring processes and job requirements.
