We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support the recruitment process, with a focus on Blue Collar hiring . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and previous experience in high-volume recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Blue Collar positions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
- Support mass hiring activities and recruitment campaigns when required.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ year of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment. Graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply. Age: 22 30 years . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in mass recruitment is a plus.
