About the Role
Paradise Valley Estates (PVE), a premiere Life Plan Community, is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help shape the team member experience from start to finish. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and hiring to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This position will be responsible for coordinating and participating in events outside of our organization to strengthen relationships in the broader community and generate awareness of Paradise Valley Estates.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising positions, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
- Strategic recruiting to attract talent meeting the core values of PVE
- Enhance onboarding program to create a seamless experience that sets new team members up for success.
- Collaborate with managers to foster team member development, engagement and retention.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
- Act as a culture ambassador through engagement programs, promoting inclusivity, recognition, and well-being.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Build pipelines through outreach, networking and community engagement.
- Represents the organization at internal and external community events, acting as the face of PVE and engaging with attendees to foster positive relationships.
- Coordinate volunteer activities, ensuring adequate support for internal and external community projects and events.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the field of senior living
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have an understanding of talent acquisition best practices, compliance, employment law, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
