Your mission
As a recruitment officer, you will play a key role through the following tasks
Welcoming and informing candidates about the recruitment process, the position, the company and its benefits
Manage initial telephone interviews and evaluate candidates according to the criteria required for the position.
Conduct in-person recruitment interviews and monitor the administration of assessment tests
Write up interview reports
Update the application status on the information system
Assign candidates based on their profiles and the requirements of the requesting department.
Represent the company at job fairs and promote the customer advisor profession
Building a pool of candidates to improve responsiveness and quickly meet recruitment needs
Ensure regular monitoring of candidate integration and initiate necessary replacements, in coordination with the recruitment manager.
Working closely with the production teams and the sourcing department

Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
Possesses 3 to 4 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in call centers.
