Overview

Responsible for managing and developing content for Staff Management | SMX social media accounts and other third-party websites and services, including Glassdoor, Indeed, ReviewTrackers, and Mailchimp. This includes gathering content from service teams, creating and publishing posts, regularly auditing the quality and content of the social media pages and third-party websites, and managing any budget provided to assist in the growth and reach of these accounts.

Duties

  • Social Media Job Advertisements: Post and manage job advertisements on major social media websites, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Social Media Content Development: Work with field offices to create unique content on social media, ensuring that the content is a positive reflection of our companies. Maintain social media calendar and other social media resources, including ad and Facebook Community Group templates.
  • Social Media Comment & Review Management: Monitor social media comments received on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram; hide or delete comments when necessary. Keep track of reviews that we receive via Google, Glassdoor, and Indeed; escalate reviews when necessary.
  • Google My Business (GMB) & Talent Community Management: Maintain GMB account connected to Staff Management | SMX Google profiles, ensuring they reflect up-to-date information and reflect current brand standards.
  • Campaign Budget Management: Manage budgets used across social media ads campaigns, working with job sites directly on budget recommendations. Also launches campaigns and updates ads set at the field offices’ request.
  • Expense Management: Keep track of all expenses used for social media, being sure to stay under budget unless approved to go over by manager.
  • Account Management: Act as liaison between the Recruitment Marketing team and any contacts with our social media accounts and other third-party websites, including Mailchimp.
  • Photo Release Form Maintenance: Keep track of signed release forms related to published social media posts and other published content managed by the Recruitment Marketing team.
  • Recruitment Marketing Support: Provide regular support for the Recruitment Marketing team, including demonstrations on social media-related tools and best practices as well as assisting with the creation of monthly Talent Community emails.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Keep track of Key Performance Indicators related to social media and review sites, including number of followers (“Likes”), reach, engagement rate, and ratings.

Salary Range: $51,634.08 - $64,542.60 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
