Key Details
- Salary : $95,000 - $100,000/year & eligible to participate in the bonus pool

- Location : Hybrid in Portland, OR - We work from our company office in SE Portland, from our home offices, and onsite with clients or at events as needed
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday
As the Recruitment Manager, you'll support our recruitment team to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to take care of our clients and support client success by working closely with our Director of Client Success, ensuring that clients are provided the right recruitment support to match good people with good companies, project-managing our team, and helping drive our strategic goals.
A typical week could include
- Running discovery calls with new clients and recommending the recruitment service that fits their situation (full-cycle, bulk hourly, consulting, or training)
- Leading searches from the position kickoff call through offer and pre-boarding, including pre-employment due diligence
- Managing team capacity and assigning searches to the recruitment team
- Providing guidance and coaching to the recruitment team
- Holding 1:1s and team meetings, and building weekly and monthly hours projections with your team
- Keeping our ATS, job boards, and tracking tools updated, and staying current on AI tools and sourcing strategies
- Working closely with our leadership team on marketing, recruitment platforms, and pre-employment due diligence
- Showing up for HR Annie at networking events, workshops, and speaking engagements, and supporting candidates through career coaching and candidate events
You’d be a great fit if
- You have 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; agency and consultancy experience is a plus
- Experience leading multi-location and multi-role hiring projects
- You've managed a team of at least three people
- You have 3+ years of client-facing account management across multiple industries
- You're comfortable with sales and business development
- You have multi-platform experience with ATS/HRIS systems, AI tools, and project management workflows
- You know what client success looks like
- You have a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- You have access to reliable transportation and can travel to local clients & events
