Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment strategy and daily operations for healthcare staffing
Build, coach, and manage a recruitment team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes
Improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and service delivery
Use technology and creative solutions to support growth and performance
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Proven leadership or team management experience
