Riverview Health and Rehab is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to Join the HR Team
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks relating to Employee Recruitment including but not limited to Sourcing and Marketing, Screening and Interviewing, and Processing New Employees while ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures pertinent to Human Resources as set forth by the company and the state or federal regulation or law. The Recruitment Coordinator is the internal and external customer-facing position responsible for understanding and selling the organization to potential applicants and coaching the hiring managers through the recruitment process. This is a mid-level position, focused on the operations of the Recruitment Function and presenting weekly New Employee Orientation.

- Sourcing new and appropriate applicants through a variety of internal and external avenues
- Participation and attendance at external career-related fairs, building relationships with educational institutions, as well as creating opportunities for applicants to easily apply for positions on-site, or through programs such as Employee Referral Programs, on-site career fairs, and open house programs for applicants
- Managing the Job Requisition process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, attractive and accurate job listings, and effective and efficient usage of the HRIS and ATS that appealingly represents the positions, facilities, and organization overall.
- Engaging hiring managers and facility leadership to obtain accurate information about recruitment needs, specific job openings, and any pertinent information that would ensure the correct new hire
- Screening applicants based on information gathered through the ATS, in-person meetings and interviews, and any other screening process utilized. This will include coordinating with any other source of information, including reference and education checks, interviewing referral sources, and verifying the accuracy of any information provided to us regarding the applicant's ability to meet the needs of the position and fit into the company culture.
- Working with Hiring Managers to coordinate department interviews, follow-up interviews, and making decisions about the employability of the candidate, including the process of making an offer, coordinating onboarding, orientation, and potential start dates.
- Manage and track any recruitment incentive programs, such as Referral Bonuses and Sign-on Bonuses, and accurately and efficiently coordinate with the Payroll Teams for payment.
- Tracking key metrics through the HRIS and ATS to ensure meeting Service Level Agreements, such as applicant communications and status tracking, time to hire, turn around times, etc..
- Presenting New Employee Orientation each week, including training and education of HR policies and procedures
- Assist and act as a backup to other human resource department members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned, including those to ensure smooth operations and the highest quality of life for our residents
- Should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or demonstrate an equivalence of experience and education
- Should have a minimum of two years related experience in Recruiting in healthcare; Experience working with, or recruiting for, Healthcare positions, including Direct Care and management. Long Term Care a plus
- Must demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills as well as oral and written communication skills must demonstrate knowledge of local state and federal regulations and standards of other regulatory agencies pertaining to Recruitment and Human Resources
- Experience with training or presenting
