We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who is energized by people, passionate about relationship-building, and excited to help a growing organization attract talented employees, students, and volunteers. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our recruiting efforts, helping candidates discover opportunities where their skills, experience, and calling can make a difference.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll help lead the day to day recruitment process while also supporting CCH’s student and volunteer programs. You’ll build relationships, identify great candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, attend recruiting events, and serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for CCH in the community.

What You’ll Do
Find the Right People
- Attract diverse, qualified candidates across a variety of roles.
- Search for talent through job boards, professional networks, social media, recruiting platforms, career fairs, professional associations, staffing firms, and other resources.
- Create and post compelling job opportunities in partnership with Communications and other internal teams.
- Review applications and requisitions to identify candidates whose experience and skills align with organizational needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather information about experience, education, skills, availability, and career goals.
- Make thoughtful candidate recommendations to hiring managers when appropriate.
Create a Great Candidate Experience
- Be a welcoming and responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Clearly communicate job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and other relevant information.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
- Coordinate interviews and prepare hiring materials for managers and department leaders.
- Participate in interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support the offer process by collaborating with hiring managers and HR on salary ranges, start dates, and other details.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Coordinate orientations and help hiring managers create effective onboarding schedules.
Grow Our Student & Volunteer Community
- Help create and maintain strong relationships with regional residency programs, medical schools, academic programs, and other organizations.
- Engage students, residents, volunteers, and future healthcare professionals in the mission and work of CCH.
- Attend regional and national conferences, career fairs, hiring events, and promotional opportunities that support our student engagement and recruiting goals.
- Coordinate the placement of students and volunteers with appropriate departments, managers, and supervisors.
- Regularly connect with students and volunteers to ensure their assignments align with their skills, interests, goals, and the needs of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records, agreements, applications, and other documentation related to student and volunteer programs.
Be a Connector & Partner
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, HR colleagues, Communications, and organizational leaders.
- Co-manage student and volunteer personnel alongside applicable hiring managers and department heads.
- Coordinate with external staffing agencies when temporary staffing needs arise.
- Stay informed about federal and state employment laws, regulations, recruitment practices, and industry trends.
- Help improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate engagement as CCH continues to grow.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience working with student, volunteer, professional engagement programs, associations, or chapters.
Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician relations, business development, marketing, customer relations, or healthcare operations.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth ministry, medical missions, academic affairs, outreach programs, or similar mission-driven organizations.
