Job Requisition: RECRU002017 Employment Type: Full time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hour/week

Hiring range: $20.62- $25.70 hourly

Below are the shift differentials based on eligible shifts worked:

  • Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
  • Weekday night shift - additional 15%
  • Weekend day shift - additional 10%
  • Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Reviews, screens and forwards qualified applicants to recruiters as necessary. Responds to inquiries concerning applications and employment opportunities and corresponds to qualified applicants to establish recruiting network. Utilizes various recruiting methods including job fairs, social media, school outreach, networking and print advertising to source candidates.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Pre-screens and recommend qualified applicants and assist hiring managers in the selection process. Manages the interview scheduling process, ensuring smooth and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align schedules and book interview rooms or virtual meeting spaces.
  • Rates: Works closely with recruiters to ensure rate requests are processed and sent to the recruiters in a timely fashion of 24-48 hours from received date.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information on interview logistics, timelines, and next steps. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • ATS Management: Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and generate reports as needed. Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and assist in improving system efficiency. As well as, data entry of internal associate job transfers, adding & removing concurrent positions with the hiring managers & recruitment department. Additionally using the ATS to post positions for the organization and verify all data is accurate and correct prior to the posting of the position.
  • HR Analysis and Reporting: Utilizes Applicant Tracking System and HRIS system to create reports for hiring managers & the recruitment department when requested this includes running the daily candidate report. Providing hiring managers with FTE report, HR Tracker report, and Opportunity Report for individual departments. This position will monitor, respond to inquiries, and forward as necessary received inquiries from the recruitment inbox.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities. Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to talent acquisition. Additionally, work with the Retention Specialist on special projects this includes assisting with New Employee Orientation as needed.
  • Onboarding: Serve as back-up when needed to the Onboarding specialist with overflow of new hires and rehires.
  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience. Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Education, Training & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative office experience required; Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e.: UKG preferred.
  • Excellent follow-through and a high sense of urgency.
