As a Recruitment Content Specialist, you’ll create content that attracts great candidates to Uline - from job postings and social media to PR, digital advertising and employer brand campaigns. Work with a talented team to bring Uline’s story to life across North America and help connect candidates with career opportunities.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop content that communicates Uline’s employer brand and workplace culture across a variety of advertising channels, including digital, social, video, streaming and print.
- Write clear and engaging job postings and recruitment advertising that attract candidates to Uline’s open positions across North America.
- Partner with our public relations agency to promote Uline’s hiring needs, workplace culture and employer brand through media coverage.
- Contribute to larger recruitment marketing projects, such as careers site redesign enhancements, employee testimonial videos and new employer brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create weekly social media content for Uline’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other channels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional writing or content development experience.
- Experience with social media and video production preferred.
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
