  • Partner with HR leadership and operational leaders to identify current and future staffing requirements and establish recruiting priorities.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support both high-volume and specialized manufacturing hiring.
  • Support workforce planning by evaluating staffing needs, hiring trends, recruiting pipelines, turnover, and anticipated workforce requirements.
  • Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes to promote consistency, accuracy, appropriate documentation, and compliance with company practices and applicable employment requirements.
  • Monitor recruiting processes and identify opportunities to strengthen efficiency, candidate quality, hiring speed, documentation, and the overall candidate experience.

  • Monitor Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity and promote accurate, timely, and consistent recruiting documentation.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide HR leadership with updates regarding staffing progress, candidate pipelines, recruiting challenges, hiring trends, and recruiting performance.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to support effective candidate selection and timely hiring decisions.
  • Help ensure candidates receive consistent, professional, and timely communication throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Promote accountability, responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the recruiting function.
  • Support additional recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives based on organizational needs.
