We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Recruitment & Retention Manager
Recruitment & Retention Manager Responsibilities include
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet staffing needs for Homecare roles.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Source and pre-screen candidates, including verifying credentials and references.
- Identify untapped markets of potential staff.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout recruitment.
- Establish a creative retention program designed to enhance retention of new and existing staff.
- Support and streamline onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking sessions in Onondaga & Cayuga county.
Recruitment & Retention Manager Education & Experience
- High School Diploma
- 2 or more years of experience in recruitment, with at least some experience in healthcare or homecare settings
- Valid Driver’s License
