Key Responsibilities
1.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical and non-clinical positions, including intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, references, and offer coordination.
- Consult with hiring leaders to clarify workforce needs, role requirements, selection criteria, departmental culture, and recruitment strategy.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-volume, and mission-critical positions.
- Coordinate and guide external recruitment partners, when used, to ensure alignment with organizational expectations and candidate experience standards.
- Deliver timely, respectful communication and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with the Director of HR and hiring leader to develop offers that consider approved compensation parameters and internal equity.
- Administer UKG Recruiting, including requisition workflow, applicant status accuracy, documentation, and process support for hiring leaders.
- Monitor recruiting activity and metrics, identify trends or barriers, and recommend practical process improvements.
2.
Employee Engagement, Events & Employment Brand
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives, including new employee orientation, recognition activities, retention efforts, and organization-wide events.
- Plan and execute hiring events, career fairs, campus recruiting, open houses, social media recruitment activities, and community outreach.
- Represent Ranken Jordan at recruitment and engagement events, clearly communicating the organization's mission, culture, opportunities, and employee value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and organizational leaders to strengthen onboarding and the new employee experience.
- Develop or coordinate recruitment and engagement communications that highlight opportunities, employee milestones, and organizational culture.
- Serve as an active leader on the MRJ Way Committee and support related initiatives and follow-through.

Collaboration, Compliance & Relationship Management
- Build trusted, service-oriented relationships with candidates, employees, hiring leaders, HR colleagues, schools, professional organizations, and community partners.
- Partner with Human Resources and organizational leaders to align recruitment and engagement priorities with workforce needs and strategic goals.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely recruitment records and protect confidential candidate and employee information.
- Support consistent, equitable recruiting and selection practices in alignment with organizational policies, applicable employment laws, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Communicate risks, delays, candidate concerns, and emerging workforce trends promptly to appropriate HR leadership.
Patient Population Served
This position does not provide direct patient care. Through talent acquisition and employee engagement responsibilities, the role supports teams serving infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical needs and their families.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Equivalent directly related experience may be considered in accordance with organizational practice.
- Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system required; UKG Recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment marketing, or events preferred.
- Ability to travel locally for career fairs, community outreach, and recruitment events.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with candidates, employees, hiring leaders, and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, follow-through, and a high level of service.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate, employee, and compensation information.
- Working knowledge of recruiting practices, applicable employment laws, and equitable selection processes.
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and data to monitor activity, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn and effectively use HR technology and digital recruiting tools.
- Ability to represent Ranken Jordan professionally and communicate the organization's mission, culture, and employee value proposition with authenticity.
