Recruiting Sr Specialist / Manager (Title based on experience)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the full-cycle of the recruiting process (including sourcing, screening, assessing, and leading the offer process).
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice and make job offers to qualified candidates
  • Build influential relationships with applicants during screening process and act as applicant point of contact
  • Ensure consistent alignment of recruiting strategy and deployment to business objectives
  • Work with Resourcing vendors to promote company in print and air campaigns in various states
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions across functions, locations, and disciplines.
  • Build trust and advise Hiring Managers to determine the best recruitment solutions.
  • Demonstrate collaboration and subject matter expertise within the broader HR function.
  • Develop creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies and solutions to engage passive candidates.
  • Become a brand ambassador for company ? promoting our mission, values, and employer proposition.
  • Provide market intelligence documents that are relevant to the business’s needs.
  • Be actively involved in the design and development of the Company Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Utilize relevant recruitment and HR systems (UKG, etc).
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels including internet, social networking sites, networking, cold-calls, referrals, job fairs, etc.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in the recruiting required, with 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role prefer
  • A Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research and cold calling
  • A combination of experience recruiting for both high-volume and technical/leadership positions is preferred
  • Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and focus through demonstrated proven leadership
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills by proactively driving results and being solution oriented
  • Track record of achievement in rapid-growth, mission-driven and extremely demanding hiring environments where excellence is the passing grade
  • Evidence of driving innovation in the recruiting craft through high-performance teams
