For the New York Office of an International Law Firm

Responsibilities include

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for business services positions across firm departments, including job postings, sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Proactively source and evaluate candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, assessing experience, capabilities, and fit for open positions.

  • Conduct market research, including competitor role analysis, salary benchmarking, and candidate pool assessments, to advise stakeholders on search strategy, timing, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data while collaborating across departments to improve recruiting processes, procedures, and communications.
  • Provide additional support for law student and lateral attorney recruiting initiatives, including candidate coordination and other recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications include

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies; experience with Workday strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, selection methods, and applicable employment regulations.

Salary: $78k-$95k
