What You Will Do

  • Lead recruiting efforts: Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from screening and interviewing candidates to, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a professional and engaging recruitment process.
  • Drive recruiting success: Analyze recruiting metrics, provide hiring recommendations, facilitate interview training, and support strategic recruiting and HR initiatives.
  • Lead with purpose: Take ownership of impactful HR projects and ensure compliance through training and support.

What You Will Need

  • Recruiting experience: 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Talent assessment: Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and employment practices.
  • Communication and organization: Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking and technology: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously and utilize applicant tracking systems.
  • Be flexible: Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
