The Clinical Recruiting Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our dental practices.
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular locations.
- Schedules and conducts interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Distribute reports to determine needs and establish recruitment goals, timelines, and maintain contact throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Work closely with the corporate team and office management to develop recruiting strategies.
- Post and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data throughout the recruitment process.
- Review applications and verifying references
- Develop recruitment materials
- Post vacancies as needed
- Facilitates a seamless new hire on-boarding process for new hires
- Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks, drug screens
- Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Following up with managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous progressive experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment.
- Dental experience a plus!
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, ATS platforms, and internet-based recruiting tools.
