We’re seeking a full-time Recruiting Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in supporting the Firm’s growth and implementing our strategic vision by identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented attorneys and staff to join our team. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that requires a proactive approach to recruiting, a strong understanding of the legal market, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and Firm leadership. Our ownership group and C-suite leadership bring decades of collective experience across leading law firms ranging from 250 to 1,500 attorneys. We spent a year intentionally building Cohen Cunningham around the lessons we learned - both positive and challenging – and from those experiences, creating a culture and strategic vision designed to shape not only how we work, but how we grow and who we bring onto our team. This role is an opportunity for someone to have a meaningful impact on the significant planned continued growth and culture of the Firm. Legal recruiting experience is preferred. We have nine offices throughout five states and offer flexible remote work options.
The annualized base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000, plus a volume-based incentive bonus program that rewards successful attorney recruiting and placements. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, which features health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional offerings designed to support overall well-being.
