About Fellow

We believe that the act of making should be meaningful and fulfilling, done with intention and precision. Fellow makes beautifully functional tools for any kitchen, designed in San Francisco and used around the world.

When the simple motions of life become small moments of joy, that’s Everyday Magic.

This is a temporary, 3-month contract role working 40 hours per week. This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy.

Who You Are

Fellow is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us find and engage exceptional talent as we grow. You’ll build candidate pipelines across priority openings and screen candidates, with a focus on roles in consumer packaged goods, hardware, and electronics.

You’re curious, resourceful, and energized by the hunt. You know how to move beyond the obvious search, understand what makes someone a strong fit, and write outreach that gets a response. You bring a thoughtful approach to candidate relationships and the organization to keep multiple searches moving in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Director of People & Talent, you’ll partner closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and connect us with talented people who might not otherwise find Fellow.

This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to make an immediate impact. You’re comfortable jumping into new searches, asking good questions, and adjusting your approach as you learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across priority openings, particularly in CPG, hardware and electronics.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on target profiles and refine searches based on feedback.
  • Identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, sourcing platforms, referrals, industry research and other creative channels.
  • Write personalized outreach that introduces Fellow and gives candidates a compelling reason to connect.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to understand experience, interests, availability and alignment with the opportunity.
  • Proactively seek talent from a broad range of backgrounds to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Keep candidate records, outreach activity, and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in Ashby.
  • Track outreach response, candidate engagement, and pipeline conversion to identify what’s working and adjust your approach.
  • Share market insights and candidate feedback to help the team make informed hiring decisions.
  • Use AI, automation and sourcing tools thoughtfully to improve research, outreach, and efficiency while maintaining a personal candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience sourcing for CPG, hardware, and electronics companies, including an understanding of relevant talent markets and technical skill sets.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and research techniques.
  • Strong outreach and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different candidates and roles.
  • Ability to assess candidate backgrounds against role requirements and clearly communicate why someone may be a fit.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate candidate records and managing multiple searches.
  • Comfortable working independently, moving quickly, and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Resourceful and scrappy, with a willingness to try new approaches when a search gets challenging.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
  • Based in the Bay Area and available for a 3-month, 40-hour-per-week engagement.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Warm, sincere company culture where everyone’s contributions are truly valued.
  • A creative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action.
  • Be part of a fun, collaborative, effective team that performs meaningful work
  • Literally more coffee than you can drink (also tea, and yummy snacks!)
  • Generous discount on Fellow products

Final compensation is determined based on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills, expertise, scope of previous work, demonstrated impact, and internal equity. As a result, not every candidate will be hired at the top of the range.
