Liberty Language Services is seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Vienna, VA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts, helping us meet high-volume hiring needs. Critical thinking skills are essential, as you will need to assess candidates effectively and make sound decisions throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone interviews for high-volume recruiting needs.
Serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Answer incoming calls and conduct follow-up calls.
Support recruiting-related projects as needed.
Attend recruiting-related events.
Follow up with candidates regarding updates and next steps in the application process.
Conduct informational group sessions.
Handle high-volume recruiting emails efficiently.

Qualifications

Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is a plus.
Proficient in using ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and compassionate when dealing with challenging situations.
Ambitious and interested in career growth.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Associates Degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Work Requirements

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Vienna, VA 22182 before starting work.
Hybrid work available: in-person during training for approximately the first 60 days, with hybrid work flexibility afterward and an in-office requirement of 3 days per week.
