Your primary focus will be onboarding coordination, hiring documentation, credentialing follow-up, and ongoing HR support, with additional responsibilities in recruiting and candidate coordination. - Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and communicate approved compensation information and next steps.
- Help develop candidate pipelines through universities, professional associations, and clinical organizations.
- Prepare recruiting materials and track activity against approved hiring plans and budgets.
- Support the team beyond the start date
- Answer routine staff questions and route sensitive or complex matters to the Director of Human Resources.
- Support staff surveys, recognition, team events, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
- Prepare approved newsletters, announcements, and recruiting updates.
- Assist with offboarding documentation, record updates, equipment returns, and access removal.
