  • Background Vetting: Initiate and review mandatory 7-year background checks to ensure compliance with company and client security standards.
  • Training Class Readiness: Collaborate with Operations and Training leads to ensure 100% candidate show-up rates and technical readiness for paid training cohorts.
  • Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Collaboration
  • Marketing Alignment: Partner with the Marketing Department to align recruitment messaging, visual assets, and employer branding with company standards.
  • Social Media Campaign Execution: Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing recruitment post copy, job announcements, and visual banners across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram).
  • Applicant Engagement: Monitor social channel responses, direct messages, and comments to actively convert passive interest into active applicant submissions.
  • Technical Workspace & Hardware Vetting Standards
  • Auditing candidate home equipment against non-negotiable technical requirements prior to extending offers.
  • Candidate Qualifications
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Experience: 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and onboarding, preferably in high-volume call center, customer service, or remote technical support environments.
  • Technical Workspace Auditing Skills: Ability to verify candidate home hardware specifications, interpret remote internet speed test results, and evaluate hardware compatibility.
  • Social Media & Recruitment Marketing: Demonstrated experience posting job openings on social media platforms, writing engaging candidate-facing copy, and partnering with marketing teams.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Required equipment: A Windows PC is required, running Windows 10 or 11 (no MacBooks or Chromebooks or virtual machines), 8 GB of RAM, Quad-core processor, Wired internet connection with a minimum internet speed of 80/15 (Cannot use satellite, hotspots, MIFI devices, wireless AC wall plug-in extenders, repeaters, boosters, and/or pods), and Dual Monitors.
  • Other requirements may vary as determined by management.
