We are seeking a Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions across the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and partnering with leaders to support a positive and productive workplace.

This position is primarily onsite in Houston, TX, with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding.
  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and recruit candidates for manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, corporate, and professional positions.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and extend offers.
  • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical positions.
  • Develop relationships with technical schools, colleges, community organizations, and recruiting partners.
  • Manage intern and co-op recruiting programs.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee relations activities by gathering information and documenting concerns.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience with significant recruiting responsibilities.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred

  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, technical, engineering, or production positions.
  • PHR certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (read, write, and speak) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ADP)
