PROGRAM OVERVIEW
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
- Recruit for high-volume and varied positions
- Lawn Care Technicians (March-October)
- Door Knockers (November-February)
- Execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for active branches
- Knowledge of:
- ADP Workforce Now
- Indeed
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary $50,000-$60,000
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with multi-location, high-volume, or field-level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (ADP experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
