Position Summary
Neave Outdoor is seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team and support the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a strong candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously, and skilled at recruiting within the skilled trades and field-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the skilled trades, including the unique challenges associated with recruiting experienced field employees and trade professionals.
- Build a pipeline of skilled trades candidates while filling open positions within different regions and services of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, field service, or other trade-based positions is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the challenges of recruiting qualified trade professionals in competitive labor markets.
- Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates for difficult to fill or high demand positions.
- Experience building pipe line of experienced candidates for difficult to fill positions.
- Understanding of the importance of evaluating technical experience, certifications, licenses, and relevant hands-on experience.
