RegalCare is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet facility staffing needs.
- Partner with facility administrators and department heads to identify hiring priorities.
- Post job openings, maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and help ensure timely placements.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings across several locations.
- Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems preferred.
