As a Recruiter, you'll help connect talented healthcare professionals with meaningful careers while supporting Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare's mission to provide exceptional care to the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, you'll lead recruitment efforts that attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
In this role, you will
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Source and screen qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and hiring activities
Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders
Represent GVMH at job fairs and community events
Support workforce development initiatives
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Develop recruitment marketing materials
Build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
Support onboarding and recruitment-related programs
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational abilities
Commitment to customer service and professionalism
Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and candidates
Preferred Qualities
Healthcare recruitment experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Public speaking and networking abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
Marketing and sourcing experience

Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events
Ability to sit, stand, and present for extended periods
Education, Certifications & Licensure
Bachelor's degree preferred
Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related experience preferred
Professional certification preferred but not required
Ongoing professional development encouraged
