Summary of Position
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process for provider hiring, from sourcing and screening through offer extension, hiring, and onboarding partnership. Leveraging your recruiting expertise, innovative sourcing strategies, and professional networks, you will attract and hire top clinical talent to support Teladoc Health's mission of delivering high-quality virtual care. By combining creativity, market insight, and a passion for building exceptional teams, you will play a critical role in scaling our provider workforce and supporting the organization's continued growth and innovation.
This is a remote, contract opportunity and open to candidate sitting anywhere within the US.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and candidate closing.
- Identify, source, and engage healthcare providers through creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct video interviews to assess candidates for cultural alignment, clinical quality, technological aptitude, customer-focused care delivery, and overall fit for virtual practice.
- Build, maintain, and expand a robust network of provider talent and industry contacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, guidance, and status updates.
- Review, pre-screen, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Teladoc Health's clinical services, provider requirements, and value proposition.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruiting activity, hiring progress, and market insights to Director of Recruitment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Credentialing, Onboarding, Training, Operations teams to support a seamless provider hiring experience.

Required Qualifications
- 3 + years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of recruiting success for varying levels of positions
- Creative approaches for finding and attracting top talent
- Must be self-sufficient, ability to drive the full life cycle recruiting
- A proactive approach to networking and building relationships
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, documentation, and process-oriented
- Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment, using proven time management skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Up to date with confidentiality rules, compliance, employment, and labor laws
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration to meet business objectives

- 1+ year of experience with Workday
- Experience supporting high volume, provider positions
